Upon check in, guests are presented a list of applicable codes assigned to specific services such as Restaurants, Entertainment, Events, etc. Clients can then opt in online or via text and receive information instantly; including menus, directions and phone numbers.

Event planners can also have their groups text into a specific keyword, such as GROUP and communicate to their group instantly via SMS (see corporate communication). This saves time and money while creating a database that can later be marketed too.
